Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return any unused and undamaged bag within 45 days of receiving your order. The bag must be in its original packaging, including tags and dust bags. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at uuaustore@gmail.com or through our contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
